Here are the proposals

 

Proposed Rule changes put forward by the League Secretary

 General Section

Original - Rule 6 (a) To receive Team applications.

Change to - Rule 6 (a) To receive Team applications and Player registrations.

 Divisional Cups Section

Delete Rule 4 completely.

Original - Rule 4Any team playing an ineligible player shall have the game scored at 21-0 to his opponent and the Club fined £5.

Apply League Matches Rule 4 - (Any club playing an ineligible player shall have the game scored at 21-0 to his opponent and the Club fined £5.) as per Divisional Cups Rule 1 (The League Rules will apply to the Divisional Cup Competitions, except there is no practice for all teams.)

 League Competitions Section

Original - Rule 4 No practice allowed, except if a player or pair gets a bye and has to play an opponent that has already played. Scratch time is 15minutes after the start of the session. All games 21up.

Change to - No practice allowed, except if a player or pair gets a bye and has to play an opponent that has already played. All qualifying sessions start at 7pm and scratch time is 15minutes after the start of the session. All games 21up.

 

Two proposals received from Scarisbrick BC

Proposed by Chris Willan and seconded by Alistair Adams.

 

1) Change finals days from Sunday to Tuesdays? we have a enough dates towards end of season to accomodate.

 

2) For LV Comp - any clubs with lights it should be 7pm start.
