Week Ahead Information - W/C Monday 22nd July
Tuesday 23th July - Week 12 - All 3 divisions week 12 fixtures.
Thursday 25th July - Murphy Cup and P A Morgan Cup semi finals.
Wednesday 31st July - Can ALL club/team secretaries ensure that their club league and competition fees are paid by the 31st July. Any late payments will incure fines in line with the league constitution rules which neither I or the treasurer want to have to impliment.
August Month Ahead Information.
Monday 5th August - CLOSING DATE EXTENDED TO MONDAY 5TH AUGUST. Closing date for entries into the Jim Ainsworth Merit Competition (open to ALL division players). Entries to be submitted via your club secretaries or captain.
Thursday 8th August - Jim Ainsworth Merit Qualifiers. Venues TBC.
Tuesday 13th August - Open week for the Murphy Cup Final between Delamere Tigers v Owley Wood. Venue TBC.
Thursday 15th August - Final of the P A Morgan Cup between Kingsley v Rock Park Grapes. Venue TBC.
Thursday 29th August - Jim Ainsworth Merit Finals Night.

Club/team league affiliation are due to be paid by 31st July. Can ALL club secretaries please ensure that you have paid them before the end of the month. In line with the league constitution failure to do so will reluctantly lead to fines being implemented by the treasurer which neither I or the treasurer wish to have to do.
Thu 1st Aug 23.59Section Two Merit Competition (only section two teams players) - Closing date for entries is Thursday 1st August 2024. See your club secretary or club representative register your entry.
Mon 5th Aug 23:59UPDATE - JIM AINSWORTH MERIT - Due to some players not being aware of the closing date for entries into the competition and to continue to encourage the participation in the association competitions I have extended the closing date to Monday 5th August. It is with sadness that I report the passing of Dennis Rigby from Subscription BC. On behalf of myself, the Runcorn league committee, current and former league players, I wish to pass on my sincere condolences to Dennis's family and friends. Dennis's funeral will be held at Walton Lea Crematorium on Wednesday 14th August @ 12:40. It is Dennis's wishes that no black clothing be worn at his funeral.

Any player in the Runcorn league who would like to be considered for selection to play for the federation team in 2024 season please contact the league secretary on the email or number above or any of the selection committee, Neal Ocego, Alan Briscoe, Mark Furber, Gary Spencer or Nigel Parker.
The games are played each year on the 2nd Sunday of the month starting in April until August 2024. More details can be found on the 'Federation Team News and Results' page.
