Welcome to Ormskirk & District Bowling League.
There are 20 teams playing in two divisions. Two competitions will be held again this season as last season.
Only the Secretary can add/remove players

Clubs without floodlights April & August 6.30pm, May, June, July 7pm,
Clubs with floodlights (L) 7pm all season

The Ormskirk AGM was held on Tuesday 4th February 2025 Aughton Institute.
Payment of FEES/REGISTRATION of players is on Wednesday 5th March at 7pm in the Aughton Institute.
Fees remain at £55.00, please remember to bring your players registrations amended accordingly with you.
Payment of fees can be by cash, cheque of bank transfer
If paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to Ormskirk and District Bowling League
If paying by Bank Transfer, please advise the Secretary Club and date when paid.

The Ormskirk League AGM summary of meeting.
1, Ainsdale B has withdrawn from the League
2, Freshfield entered a team this season.
3, Proposals from the committee, Amend Rule 3i, A player playing twice should play in the 1st 4 for the 1st game, the draw of who plays twice should be made before the start of match.
4, Proposal from Burscough Legion, to amend Rule 3f, a player outside the top eight can play upto four times for the other team.
5, Propasals from Brownmoore Brook, start time of 6.30 irrispective if a team has floodlights and no practice for the away team, both proposals defeated.

TESCO have introduced a 3 hour parking limit on the car park
