Welcome to Ormskirk & District Bowling League.

 There are 20 teams playing in two divisions.

Two competitions will be held this season, Lethbridge In June, Ormskirk Pairs in September

Only the Secretary can add/remove players

Match start times,

Clubs without floodlights April & August 6.30pm, May, June, July 7pm,

Clubs with floodlights (L) 7pm all season.

 

PLEASE NOTE:- MCA now have access to their greens so there is no longer a need to rearrange fixtures.

 

Please Note change of name for Orrell Eagle to YMCA Orrell Eagles.

Also they now have FLOODLIGHTS so their matches in April & August will start at 7pm

Instructions to Enter Results on a PC or Laptop

  • Login with your club password.
  • On the next page click on Enter Results.
  • Select the team and match date and the scorecard will be displayed.
  • Click on a name in the list and it will transfer to the highlighted box.
  • If you have entered the wrong player, click in the box containing the error, the name will be returned to the list and you reselect a player.
  • If a player is not listed, select Unlisted Player. A box will be displayed where you type in the player's name.
    That name remains displayed below the card until the Results Secretary confirms the eligibility of the player.
  • Enter the scores, by clicking on a number; if you select the losing score first, 21 will automatically be entered for the opponent.
  • If you have entered an incorrect score, just click in the score box and reselect a number.

  • Click on SAVE RESULTS, the scores will be saved and displayed on the website.
  • The results may be corrected by the Home or Away team for up to 5 days after the match has been played and at any time throughout the season by the Results Secretary.

  • All registered players are listed in alphabetical order
  • Only players who are eligible to play in a team are listed alongside the scorecard.

  • Players are listed in BLUE, to show they have already played this season .

  • There are further instructions for  a Phone or Tablet, as the method is slightly different

Instructions to Enter Results on a Smart Phone or Tablet

  • Login with your club password.
  • On the next page click on Enter Results.
  • Select the team and match date and the scorecard will be displayed.
  • On an Android Phone or Tablet there is an option to tap on the next button. This tabs across the scorecard  without leaving the selection lists.

  • Tap in the Select  Home Player Box and select the player from the list below.

  • Enter all the players for both teams. 

  • If a player is not listed, select Unlisted Player. A box will be displayed where you type in the player's name.

  • That name remains displayed below the card until the Results Secretary confirms the eligibility of the player.
