Welcome to Bebington & District Bowling League.

 All results are shown as soon as they are entered by the home team or when I receive them. To enter results you will need a password. Only Club Secretarys registered with the League as such can obtain one. They will be totally responsible for sharing it, i.e. with Team Captains and must change it on change of  Secretary or Captain and will need to contact me to get a new password.     

2nd December

From Pensby B C. We are sorry to learn of the death of our Life member Bill Tiplady who passed away on Wednesday last. He was the main mover in building our Recreational Hall after whom it is named. A member to the last and will be long remembered.

 

A message from Mike Whalley Gladstone.
 
Sadly, I have to inform you of the passing of Geoff Jones.
Geoff has been in poor health for a few years now, before that he was an active bowler and always said he'd found his true home at the Gladstone with his lovely line, "Once it touches you, it never leaves you"
He remained involved, supporting from the side of the green with his typical humour.
He was a kind as any person I've ever met, donating many things to us and Tranmere Vics cc.
An all round lovely man and a great loss personally and to our Clubs,
Colin Thompson, Myself alongside Tony Sullivan and Dougie Evans are sorting the legal side of things
I will post more details as and when we know more.
